We want you to love your Peppermayo fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to meet our return criteria.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack and Post

Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal or your local postal service to send the package to our warehouse.

Get Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
